GCV Asesores Profesionales, S.C. (hereinafter GCV), with domicile located at Río Lerma No. 213, interior 5, Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, in Mexico City, subscribes this privacy notice in compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter the “Law”). The personal data that you (hereinafter “the Data Subject”) have provided directly or through electronic means to GCV (hereinafter “the Responsible”), have been collected and will be processed by GCV under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
GCV may collect sensitive personal data depending on the service or product contracted by the Data Subject. Likewise, such personal data may be transferred to third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, national or foreign, for the sole purpose of complying with the purposes set forth in this privacy notice.
GCV informs you that the personal data provided by the Holder will be used for the following purposes (i) to carry out the process and verification of conflict of independence; (ii) integrate your customer file; (iii) to provide the services that may be or have been contracted; (iv) as well as to carry out the acquisition of the rights or products related thereto.
The personal data provided to GCV, will be duly protected through technological, physical and administrative security measures, preventing the improper use or disclosure of the same.
The Data Subject may at any time revoke the consent given to GCV for the processing of his/her personal data, limit the use or disclosure thereof, as well as exercise his/her rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”) provided by Law, by sending his/her request to datosprivacidad@gcv-sms.com.
This privacy notice may be modified or updated unilaterally by GCV, informing the Holder of such changes through its website.
