Luis Manuel de la Vega Villarreal
Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Higher Institute of Commercial Studies (ISEC) with a specialty in Tax Matters from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).
During his first years of practice, Luis worked in the Public Sector, in the General Directorate of Government Accounting, dependent on the Secretariat of Programming and Budget, later he took the position of Deputy Financial Director in Servicios Metropolitanos, SA de CV, a parastatal company owned by the DDF
In 1988, he made the decision to become independent and establish Grupo De la Vega.
Luis dedicates a large part of his time to personalized advice and participates in Boards of Directors of Companies, Associations and Diverse Companies.
Luis brings leadership, experience and inspiration to the team.
María Guadalupe López Ortiz
Public Accountant graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, Unidad Santo Tomás, IPN. Guadalupe has collaborated with companies in various sectors, including law firms, marketing and service companies.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of general accounting, payroll and finance.
Lupita is an element that brings commitment, organization and structure to the team.
Daniela De la Vega Navarro
Degree in Communication Sciences with a specialty in Business Administration from the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte and a diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
Daniela has 10 years of experience developing in international companies such as ACH Foods, Coca-Cola Company and Danone in the Marketing area and has worked on projects to develop and implement the Human Resources area in both Grupo De la Vega and Victoria147.
It is a great element in our work team as it brings creativity, structure and strategy.
Rogelio Aragon Enriquez
Public Accountant graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, Unidad Santo Tomas del IPN,
Member and partner of the Mexican Association of Public Accountants, Colegio Profesional en el DF, A.C.
Rogelio has participated in companies of different lines such as Marketers, Producers, Forwarders, Carriers, Dental Services, Consulting.
With more than 15 years of experience in the areas of General Accounting, Tax Consulting, Payroll, Auditing and has worked on restructuring projects in the financial/accounting area and ERP implementation.
Rogelio is a valuable element in the team, as he brings knowledge, commitment and proactivity.
Ángel Ricardo Engrandes Briones

Ángel has participated in different companies such as Grupo Salinas, BBVA Subsidiaries, Audiovisual Production Companies and Financial Services Companies.

There are some exceptions for physical people?
If you are a company or person that has an RFC, you have various tax obligations, including tax returns. However, there are some exceptions for people.
Am I required to keep my ledgers?
If you are a company, organization or association registered in the RFC, you must keep accounts. If you are a person registered in the RFC who sells products or provides services, in some cases, it is not mandatory to keep accounts.
Do I need to have an accountant do my accounting?
Ideally yes. Doing your accounting correctly helps you and your company avoid errors, optimize tax payments and invest your resources better.
How do I know if I am up to date with my tax obligations?
There is a document called Compliance Opinion, which can be consulted through the SAT portal. This document indicates if you are up to date with your obligations or if there is anything outstanding. Indicate if you are up to date with your obligations or if you have pending with the authority.
What is a Compliance Opinion?
