Fernanda Urbina

Chief Operating Officer
Graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) with a degree in Public Accounting and Financial Strategy, as well as a degree in Financial Management.
Fernanda has extensive experience in the area of tax consulting for large taxpayers, specializing in the hydrocarbon and advertising industries. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he advised both national and international companies on tax matters.
Fernanda has participated in projects involving corporate restructurings, audits, due diligence processes and routine tax compliance.
Fernanda brings dynamism, energy and creativity to the team.

Luis Manuel de la Vega Villarreal

Managing Partner

Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Higher Institute of Commercial Studies (ISEC) with a specialty in Tax Matters from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).

During his first years of practice, Luis worked in the Public Sector, in the General Directorate of Government Accounting, dependent on the Secretariat of Programming and Budget, later he took the position of Deputy Financial Director in Servicios Metropolitanos, SA de CV, a parastatal company owned by the DDF

In 1988, he made the decision to become independent and establish Grupo De la Vega.

Luis dedicates a large part of his time to personalized advice and participates in Boards of Directors of Companies, Associations and Diverse Companies.

Public Accountant graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, Unidad Santo Tomás, IPN. Guadalupe has collaborated with companies in various sectors, including law firms, marketing and service companies.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of general accounting, payroll and finance.

Daniela De la Vega Navarro

Assistant Director of Human and Financial Resources

Degree in Communication Sciences with a specialty in Business Administration from the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte and a diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

Daniela has 10 years of experience developing in international companies such as ACH Foods, Coca-Cola Company and Danone in the Marketing area and has worked on projects to develop and implement the Human Resources area in both Grupo De la Vega and Victoria147.

Frequently asked questions

If you are a company or person that has an RFC, you have various tax obligations, including tax returns. However, there are some exceptions for people.

If you are a company, organization or association registered in the RFC, you must keep accounts. If you are a person registered in the RFC who sells products or provides services, in some cases, it is not mandatory to keep accounts.
