01 Personal Data We Collect

We may collect the following information when you provide it through our website, contact forms, social media forms (such as Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, email, or telephone: first and last name, email address, telephone number, the name of the company or organization you represent, and any information you choose to share with us about your business or consulting needs.

To operate our services, we use technology providers (including hosting, messaging, and digital advertising providers, such as Meta Platforms and Google) that process data on behalf of Grupo De la Vega in accordance with the principles set forth in this notice.

04 ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Object with respect to your personal data. To exercise these rights, send your request to contacto@grupodelavega.mx and include: (i) your full name and contact method, (ii) a document verifying your identity, (iii) a clear description of the data to which your request relates, and (iv) any information that may help us locate the data. We will respond within the time limits established by the LFPDPPP.

05 Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time by sending a request to contacto@grupodelavega.mx in accordance with the requirements described in the preceding section. Withdrawal will not have retroactive effect, and in some cases we may be legally required to retain certain information.

06 Limitation on Use and Disclosure

You may request to be added to our exclusion list by emailing contacto@grupodelavega.mx. You may also register with PROFECO’s Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP).
