Our Team

Fernanda Urbina

Operations Director

Graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting and Financial Strategy, as well as the Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Fernanda has extensive experience in tax advisory for large taxpayers, with specialization in the hydrocarbons and advertising industries. She previously worked at Ernst & Young, where she provided tax advisory to both national and international companies.

Fernanda has participated in projects including corporate restructurings, audits, Due Diligence processes, and routine tax compliance.

Fernanda brings dynamism, energy, and creativity to the team.

Daniela De la Vega Navarro

Director of Strategic Development

Graduate in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Business Management from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, with a diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

Daniela has 10 years of experience in international companies such as ACH Foods, Coca-Cola Company, and Danone in Marketing, and has worked on projects to develop and implement the Human Resources area both at Grupo De la Vega and at Victoria147. She is a great member of our team because she contributes creativity, structure, and strategy.

Luis Manuel De la Vega

Managing Partner

Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Comerciales (ISEC), with a specialization in Tax Matters from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

During his early years of practice, Luis worked in the Public Sector, in the General Directorate of Government Accounting, under the Ministry of Programming and Budget. He later became Deputy Financial Director at Servicios Metropolitanos, S.A. de C.V., a state-owned company of the Federal District Department.

In 1988, he decided to become independent and founded Grupo De la Vega.

Luis dedicates much of his time to personalized advisory services and participates on Boards of Directors of companies, associations, and various entities.

Luis brings leadership, experience, and inspiration to the team.

María Guadalupe López

Financial Services Manager

Public Accountant graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, Santo Tomás Unit of the IPN.

Guadalupe has collaborated with companies in various sectors, including law firms, trading companies, and service companies. She has more than 20 years of experience in general accounting, payroll, and finance.

Lupita contributes commitment, organization, and structure to the team.

Rogelio Aragón

Deputy Director of Financial Services

Public Accountant graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, Santo Tomás Unit of the IPN, member and partner of the Mexican Association of Public Accountants, Professional Association in Mexico City, A.C. Rogelio has participated in companies across different industries, including trading companies, producers, forwarders, transport companies, dental services, and consulting.

With more than 15 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax Advisory, Payroll, and Auditing, he has worked on projects involving restructuring of the financial/accounting area and ERP implementation.
